You are what you eat!

How can you expect your body to be healthy if you don't put healthy stuff in it? It's like putting sludge in your gas tank and wondering why your car isn't running. If you don't provide your body with a fresh variety of organically grown food straight from the earth, then your body will have a much harder time processing the nutrients out of what you eat. The more processing your food goes through, the less nutritious it is and the less healthy you will be. It's that simple!
If you eat out of a box or buy your food with labels, I guarantee it is not the freshest or healthiest choice you could make. Take a trip to your local farmers market. Go to the fruits and vegetable section of your market to shop and fill 80% of your basket from there. You will see dramatic health changes.
The one rule of thumb I share with all my clients is that if you don't buy it, you won't eat it... so skip the frozen and boxed areas! Go for the fresh, unlabeled items and know you are doing your body good. Better yet, grow your own food because then you know exactly what went into it.
