Why Weight?

Getting in shape, losing weight/fat, gaining muscle, increasing stamina, living with vigor is all possible if you put the effort into it!
I am afraid it doesn't happen by sitting on the couch, which we have all been doing more of since the pandemic hit and our world as we know if shut down. It is our individual responsibility to find the motivation or recruit help to make sure you maintain a healthy weigth/body composition.
Some people have joined on-line fitness communities, others have bought into the in-home peloton fad, many have adjusted their purchasing power to be more health conscientious and a few have started a complete wellness program.
Personally, I have hired a trainer, started juicing again and am doing my comprehensive homeopathic detox program. After multiple requests, I have also made available a weight loss program. Whatever personally motivates you is the right decision!
