The vagus nerve is 10th cranial nerve and longest in the nervous system, that originate in the brain, wanders to control involuntary body functions like mood, heart rate, digestion & immunity. The most important function of the vagus nerve is bringing information of the inner organs, such as gut, liver, heart, and lungs back to the brain.

There are various techniques used to stimulate the vagus nerve from invasive electrical implants to simple breathing techniques. I teach various non-invasive ones to all looking to change or reset their current physical health or mental wellbeing.

Vagus Nerve Activation & Toning Exercises:

1) Ear Pull then Pressure Points

2) Lateral Stretch w Breath (L) then (R)

3) Diaphragmatic Breathing

4) Four Finger Belly Button Press on Exhale

5) Laughter or Forced “Ha” Sound
